Tony Bearzi

Artist, Writer, Horticulturalist

Tony Bearzi was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he developed his love of the visual and musical arts through the thriving punk rock scene of the 505. After a brief stint waiting tables in Portland Oregon, Tony reinvigorated his creative and productive spirit and began his higher arts education. Graduating with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Metropolitan State College of Denver, Tony has been rooting himself thoroughly throughout the city of Denver.

Highly illustrative, Tony’s work can be seen as two distinct bodies of discourse. One being a critique of societal structures and the mechanisms that control, and maintain that control, throughout our 21st century world. The other being an investigation through our biology and anatomy. Aimed to reveal, and ultimately lift, the veil beset upon us by the incomprehensibly complex relationship between mind, physics, and experience.
